A Healthy Lifestyle is the most crucial part of one’s life that includes both physical and mental health. According to WHO “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.”

To be healthy there are some basic things or elements that one has to follow-

Regular Exercise

A person should regularly perform exercises to boost his/her energy level.

A 10-minute daily morning exercise is sufficient for a person.

Exercise keeps muscle and brain inactive state which further adds refreshments to our daily life.

A balanced diet

One should have a properly balanced diet that includes basic elements like carbohydrates, protein, fats, and other micro and macro minerals.

For example- a complete thali (veg or non-veg)-north Indian or south Indian thali have all the essential elements mentioned above.

Proper rest or sleep pattern

This is the most important element of a healthy lifestyle. After a full day of work or effort relaxation to the body is a must which can only be gained after ordered sleeping pattern.

A power nap after a heavy workout is needed to refresh mind and again get into the work.

Avoid bad habits

In the 21st century, people are more engaged in bad habits like smoking, drugs that ruin their life and also their career.

It is often difficult to stop these habits and needs tremendous mental and physical efforts but can be done if one has strong determination and will to stop these.

Daily use products

We all often use different health products like skin products, hair products, etc. to make our life well and good. Some use beauty products to show off and to look attractive.

Before buying any health product we ought to consider different parameters like the chemical used, expiry date, and branding of the product so that it can not affect our health and fitness.

Social interaction

One should always be connected socially so that he/she is always aware of the surroundings. Social interaction boosts the motivation and energy of a person which gives a good feel and self-confidence to the person that further encourages one to do a task with a positive attitude.

A healthy lifestyle includes a major part of human psychology. Behaviour, thoughts, and attitude are all part of human psychology.

People with good behaviour, positive thoughts, and attitudes always live a healthy lifestyle.

Someone has truly said that a healthy mind exists in a healthy body. So to keep our body healthy we all should follow these seven elements then only we can have a healthy mind which further leads to a healthy lifestyle. To sum it up, we can say that to add age and benefits to our life we should follow the following elements. Also, if we follow a healthy lifestyle then we can reduce the risk of having cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and many more diseases and disorders.

Most importantly, the person who lives a healthy lifestyle lives longer as compared to those who do not.
